The heart behind GO School

Become a disciple.
Make a disciple.

Apostle Connie A. Dotson is a Christian educator, author, curriculum developer, ministry leader, and disciple-maker. Her work centers on helping believers become grounded in the Word, mature in character, and prepared to help others follow Christ.

She founded Go Discipleship Training School around the Great Commission and the conviction that gifting must be supported by biblical understanding, spiritual formation, and practical responsibility. Through teaching, leadership training, coaching, and curriculum development, she creates resources that help learners put truth into practice.

Her broader work includes apostolic and prophetic leadership, Christian education, publishing, and the development of practical systems for churches, ministries, and leaders. She is also the owner of Creative Concepts for Ministry & Business Solutions, where she develops books, curricula, training resources, and organizational tools.

Married to Pastor Brian L. Dotson, Apostle Connie carries a deep concern for generations: that what God teaches one generation is documented, modeled, and entrusted to those who will carry it forward.

A word from our founder

Your preparation matters.

Welcome to GO Discipleship Training School. I am Apostle Connie A. Dotson, Founder and President, and I am grateful that you are considering this next step in your development. GO School was established in response to the command of Jesus to make disciples. That assignment continues to guide what we teach, how we prepare people, and what we expect learning to produce.

My desire is that you come ready to grow in the Word, examine your life honestly, and practice what you learn. Your preparation matters because people will be affected by the way you teach, lead, serve, and carry responsibility. We want your understanding to deepen alongside your character, and your ability to serve to grow alongside your willingness to remain teachable.

You may be building your foundation as a disciple, preparing to teach, developing as a coach, or bringing order to a ministry or professional assignment. Each path calls for its own preparation. At GO School, we recognize that God has entrusted different gifts and responsibilities to different people. Our work is to help you develop faithfully within the assignment entrusted to you.

The GO team is honored to walk with you. My prayer is that your time here strengthens your relationship with Christ and prepares you to serve others with biblical understanding, integrity, and care. If you are ready to move with God, then GO!

With expectation and grace,

Apostle Connie A. Dotson

The convictions shaping our work

Formation. Equipping. Deployment.

01 · FORMATION

A life shaped by truth

Character, spiritual maturity, discipline, and integrity belong alongside biblical knowledge.

02 · EQUIPPING

Preparation with purpose

Learning should develop the understanding and practical competency needed for the responsibility a person carries.

03 · DEPLOYMENT

Truth carried forward

Discipleship continues through faithful service, responsible leadership, and the preparation of others.

“And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”
2 TIMOTHY 2:2 · KJV
