Called to GO.
Prepared to Carry It Well.
Go Discipleship Training School
Biblical Formation • Ministry Training • Leadership Development
GO School began with a commitment to disciple, develop, equip, and prepare people for responsible service.
GO School Was Built for Development, Not Conformity.
From its beginning, GO School has been centered on the belief that people should be prepared for the assignment God has entrusted to them. That preparation may involve biblical knowledge, personal formation, ministry competency, leadership development, education, creativity, entrepreneurship, or another sphere of Kingdom service.
We recognize that students do not arrive with identical experiences, gifts, responsibilities, or starting points. For that reason, GO School seeks to develop people intentionally rather than force every learner through the same mold.
Your Assignment Requires Development.
Calling does not remove the need for preparation. GO School creates learning environments where identity, character, knowledge, competency, stewardship, and application can develop together.
Know What You Carry.
Development begins with understanding who you are, what you have been entrusted with, and the kind of responsibility you are preparing to carry.
Become Capable of Carrying It.
Gift alone is not enough. Character, discipline, maturity, integrity, and stewardship matter.
Develop the Necessary Skill.
Students need practical competency to teach, lead, build, serve, communicate, organize, counsel, create, or administer responsibly.
Put Development Into Practice.
GO is the movement from preparation into faithful application in the sphere where the learner has been called to serve.
“We do not build people into a mold. We help them develop what God designed them to carry.”
GO School values structure, academic responsibility, and excellence while maintaining a Kingdom-centered approach to development.
Development With Purpose.
Prepare People to Carry Their Assignment Well.
GO School develops disciples, ministry leaders, teachers, builders, and Kingdom servants through biblical learning, intentional formation, practical equipping, and responsible application.
Developed People Serving With Clarity and Responsibility.
We envision students who understand what they have been entrusted to carry, possess the character and competency required to steward it, and serve faithfully within their God-assigned sphere.
Learn. Form. Equip. GO.
GO School approaches development as more than information transfer. Learning should eventually influence who a person becomes, what that person can responsibly do, and how that development is applied.
Learn
Gain biblical understanding, knowledge, perspective, concepts, and foundational truth.
Form
Allow truth to shape character, maturity, discipline, integrity, and stewardship.
Equip
Develop practical competency, communication, leadership, ministry, teaching, and other necessary skills.
GO
Move preparation into responsible application, service, leadership, building, and Kingdom impact.
Development Should Serve Purpose.
Every Student Does Not Need the Same Development.
A pastor, teacher, ministry administrator, curriculum developer, entrepreneur, community leader, and emerging disciple may require different areas of preparation.
Formation, Preparation, and Responsible Movement.
Formation Before Function
What a person becomes matters alongside what that person learns to do.
Assignment Before Appearance
Development is not about looking like someone else's calling. Preparation should support the responsibility entrusted to you.
Competency With Character
Skill increases influence. Character helps determine how that influence is carried.
Learning With Application
Knowledge should eventually move beyond the lesson into meaningful practice.
Ministry and Beyond
Kingdom service may be expressed through ministry, education, leadership, business, community, creativity, and other spheres.
Responsible Stewardship
Students are encouraged to honor biblical convictions while carrying their work responsibly within applicable legal and institutional requirements.
Founder
Apostle Connie A. Dotson
Building People for What They Are Called to Carry.
GO School was founded by Apostle Connie A. Dotson from a burden to see people developed beyond gifting and inspiration into maturity, preparation, competency, and responsible service.
The vision of GO School is not simply to produce students who complete coursework. It is to cultivate people who understand their responsibility, develop what is necessary to carry it, and move forward with integrity, wisdom, and faithful stewardship.
